Jade Conclave
Originally headquartered in the Crossroads, now Dor Garom, the Jade Conclave is an international multiracial trade organization. These people help facilitate trade between nations. They are also used as a level of standard for various trades and crafts.
Five Membership Levels Apprentice Journeyman Tradesman Expert Master
To enter the guild one had to become an apprentice of a journeyman. As their skills progressed in their craft they could apply for advancement. They would present evidence of their work to a group of five members of a level one higher. Apprentice to five Journeyman. Journeyman to five Tradesman. Etc. The Jade Conclave is a well known organization across Aroa. Each level signifying a certain aptitude of their skill. A Jade Master being renowned as one of the best in their respective field. Symbol is a five petal flower, each jade petal signifying a rank in the Conclave.
