Silver Pyramids

Overview

Constructed by the Farmantle Mages and the Ya Ath Fae priests, these grounds were designed to let the Elves pass from their mortal life into the immortal. The Silver Pyramids contain a vast network underneath them called the Neverending Crypts of Everdawn. These Crypts have buried within them mages of all species, and the secrets of the elves of old.
The priestly order of the Silver Pyramids are known as the Althaha Priesthood. The priestly order is ran by the high priestess, Sylgyn Althagorad. The Althaha help the souls of the dead move on to become reincarnated, or if special provisions have been made, to move on into another existence.

Description of the Grounds

The Pyramids are 13 Silver Pyramids. The grounds are their own place outside of the city of Fey’s Keep. Hidden by very powerful magic. From the outside it looks like woods. But when you step through the illusion, it is covered with the Althaha Guards and Priests.
There is one central pyramid, known as Temple Primis, surrounded by 12 others.

Temple Primis

On the surface, there is one upright silver pyramid, which the family and mourners enter to say their farewells. The central chamber of the pyramid is the only place that they are allowed, afterwards, the body descends into darkness with the Priests and the Guards.
The other thirteen pyramids are upside down, constantly turning and rotating. Small pathways in and out of these pyramids can be seen, with gravity not making much of a difference to the Althaha Priests tending to these pyramids.

No map exists of the Crypts, it is a mystery even to the most informed elf. Each Pyramid is a gateway to a Hallowed Sanctuary of the Neverending Crypts. There are enchanted platforms which have small levers to control up, down, forwards and backwards motions.
