Stormflys
A species of massive (30ft wingspan) bird creatures that are hawklike in appearance. They inhabit the peaks of the Galifreyan mountains and hunt some of the larger creatures that inhabit its ranges. They get their name from their mating rituals, in which massive flocks of stormflys will congregate in the heart of raging storms within the mountains. It is said that the vibrant blues, purples, and reds of the storm fly’s coat were formed in the tempests of ancient storms, raw displays of the gods’ powers.
