T'Vol Ulmik, Arcane Advisor
The arcane advisor to the regent of East Haven, T'Vol has served East Haven and Verlorn for over two centuries. A powerful and capable magician, he cares for the Regents library and advises them on matters of the arcane. Also responsible for managing any violations of Verloren's constraints on the use of magic. Somewhat reclusive, he has never-the-less shown to be a reliable and capable advisor.
