Cedric Braxton
Cedric Baxton is the current democratically chosen leader of Nogginsby and de facto tyrant, who is known for his cunning, resourcefulness, and unflinching dedication to improving the city and its citizens.
Cedric was born into the influential Baxton family, but he never let his privileged upbringing go to his head. Instead, he used his family's wealth and influence to expand the rather humble Royal bakery of his family, which quickly became one of the most successful enterprises in the city. Some people, however, accredit the recent succes of the bakery to his business-savvy sister Clothilda.
