Ranks in the Academy

Apprentice: This is the entry-level position for students studying at the Arcane Academy. Apprentices are typically young students who have demonstrated some natural talent for magic and are seeking to improve their skills.

Acolyte: Acolytes are students who have completed their basic studies and are now beginning to specialize in a particular field of magic. They may also take on responsibilities such as assisting with research or teaching lower-level students.

Mage: Mages are skilled practitioners of magic who have completed their studies and are ready to apply their knowledge in the world. They may take on a wide range of roles, from healers to battle-mages, and are highly respected within the magical community.

Archmage: Archmages are the most accomplished practitioners of magic within the Arcane Academy. They have dedicated their lives to the study and practice of magic, and have achieved a level of mastery that few others can match. Archmages often hold positions of leadership within the Academy, such as department heads or professors.

Chancellor: The Chancellor is the leader of the Arcane Academy, responsible for overseeing its operations and setting its direction. The Chancellor is typically a highly accomplished mage who has held various leadership positions within the Academy.

Archchancellor: The Archchancellor is the highest-ranking position within the Arcane Academy. This individual is responsible for setting the overall strategy for the Academy, and is regarded as the ultimate authority on all matters related to magic. The Archchancellor is typically a highly respected and accomplished mage, with many years of experience in both teaching and research.
