The City Rewatch

After the previous leader of the Watch tragically fell down a flight of stairs and shot himself thrice in the head, the Nogginsby City Watch is on the edge of oblivion. Credic Baxton, the current leader and half-tyrant of the city, employs the party's services to restore the Watch to its former glory, stopping corrupt governments and shady guilds on their way. The job, of course, also comes with some nice benefits, like getting to meet the (murderous) locals, enjoying the (toxic) fauna and flora, and even acces to the full resources of the government, as long as you fill out the paperwork. Is there no nefarious reason behind the recent failures of The Watch? Or is the party part of a sinister plot that goes up to the top? There's only one way to find out...
