Reign of Galvyn II

Political event

1147GS
1225GS

Galvyn II ascended to the throne at age five, following in the footsteps of his father Taleisin, who ascended in the year of his birth. For this reason, Galvyn II is often called The Second Boy King.   The tradition of taking the regnal name Galvyn began with Galvyn II, in the hopes of revitalizing a monarchy in decline.
