Labyrinthian Fever
No one knows what causes the fever, but it seems to only ever affect the highborn Taurean. More superstitious taurean believe it to be The Minotaur's calling out to his children that brings it on. When the fever takes hold, the afflicted taurean becomes consumed by rage. There is no known cure or way to predict the affliction, and most who are taken by it are slain as they are unable to be subdued. When it is possible to subdue the subject, they are relased into the lower Labyrinthian to be with their supposed caller.
