The Pillars

Very few Outsiders are ever spotted in Altria, but ten individuals have repeatedly been seen since the earliest recordings of history. These ten outsiders seem to be comprised of five Celestials and five Infernals. On certain occasions, they have been seen consorting and even helping mortals, but mostly they seem to be completing mysterious tasks.
