Circle of Sequestered Magics - C.O.S.M.
The Circle of Sequestered Magics is the primary wizarding organization in Ashanor. If it has to do with magic the Circle at least knows something about it. Each capital will have a C.O.S.M. tower and each outlying settlement will usually have a representative. While there may be kings and the like C.O.S.M. may as well be considered the real rulers of Ashanor.

The tower is where the students go for their learning. Students invited to study at the school are typically the brightest and most skilled from each of the C.O.S.M. Satellite schools around the world.
The School has a grouping of 3 different magical lifts that move between 1st and 6th floors stopping at each floor in turn. They are magically synced so as they are moving there is little wait time on any floor for a lift. Each lift can hold up to 30 students at a time.
