King Torvus III
Current King of Macenti in Tamaroc. A Lawful Good leader who generally wants to help his people but is a hardliner when it comes to crime. Like all of the Pirate Kings Torvus was given the elixir of life by the elves to ensure his rule would endure. Torvus came to Tamaroc when he was a young pirate king in teh middle of the Great war. Now 200 years have passed and his rule has been favorable. However new troubles are brewing for the King of Tamaroc.
