Rotbranch

Created by Shadash in her Ashenfey, necrotic treants are usually shunned by other treants. While they are not inherently evil, their necrotic corruption and the nature of existence in the Ashenfey they usually follow that path. Necrotic treants often seek out the company of undead and favor corrupted forests. Rotbranch is proud of his role in trapping the zombies in the pen. But he knows, in his secret and true heart, that he is a corrupted treant and a threat to what he is supposed to protect. This gives him an emotional vulnerability that could be exploited by insightful PCs.
