Personal history
Gwen's family moved to Ashwick Falls when she was eight years old because her mom got a nursing job at the local hospital. She became best friends with Maddie and good friends with Jayden and Logan. She is certainly more feminine than Maddie, but enjoys skateboarding, plays the base guitar in Odin's Vanguard with the boys and their new friend Avery.
She was distraught when Maddie was taken away to juvie, but thought she could survive the six month sentence without being able to see her. She knew Maddie had been hanging around the Sons of Loki, but didn't realise Maddie and Syd were dating. When Maddie's mom decided to send Maddie to boarding school rather than let her come home, Gwen was beside herself. She didn't really know why, she thought it was just because they were best friends. But as the months passed by without Maddie, Gwen started to notice she was attracted to girls, she even made out with a girl at a party, drunk off her face. But it wasn't until Maddie's return to Ashwick Falls and the death of Mr Harding that Gwen realized the depth of her feelings for Maddie.
Never in her wildest dreams did Gwen believe it possible that Maddie could return her feelings.
