The Redwynd Family

The Redwynd Family is a geopolitical barony, currently ruled by Argus Redwynd - Baron of Altonshire (see below). His son Titus Redwynd will follow his rule, as heir.

Altonshire is the epicenter of their faction, a populated village on the border of the bountiful western forests, it is a prime location for farming, hunting and other resources. Due to this it was a heavily contested area centuries ago by migratory human populations, and elven forest dwelling populations. It is said that around 300 years ago, an ancestor of the Redwynd family drove back the Elven communities, deeper into the forests. Since then, treaties have been signed to mitigate the border aggressions, however barely a fragile peace has been known between Altonshire and the Elves of the forest, whom both hold great resentments and prejudices towards one another.

Worship

There is no enforced worship or deity in Altonshire, though common ones were Leliath, Helios and Avrae.
