The Watching Wizard
The Watching Wizard sits upon his tower studying all that comes his way, but he is not idle. In that tower he finds the secret knowledge of times gone by, not for use or to share, but to defend from those who would use the information for ill. Olios does share much of what he knows, if asked for help, but he does not share everything, part of the joys of knowledge is learning and finding things yourself. Those that follow him seek and learn all they can, but defend the knowledge from all who would misuse it.
