Byszyl

Byszyl was a forward settlement erected west of what would become Vramsgate by astral raiders. Outfitted with a large-scale teleportation system, the facility was intended to serve as a sort of monitoring mechanism by which the raiders could summon a sample of Astion to determine its degree of technological advancement.
Byszyl proved instrumental in both provoking and foiling the eventual attack of the Astral Raiders on Astion, as it both transported humanoids into captivity at the raiders' hands and served as a target for their return teleport home, though it was destroyed in the latter.
