Last Letter of the Last King of the Naga

All was lost. Our people, still are. But we managed to defeat our enemy.     As all hope was gone, and our capital was surrounded, Silianis, our scientist, managed to complete his work. With his device, he was able to harness the tear, and its power made the shadows disappear. The gods who had brought these people to our shores- Zornel, Trumpton, and Aurash. They were banished, destroyed, cast into oblivion.     With their gods' hold over them gone, they left. Of course, it is too late for us. Too many of my people have died in the fighting, this terrible war. Though we are lost, we hope that our creation may live on, that if it is ever needed again it will be there, this god killer. It must not be allowed to be used for evil, or by those without cause. To that end, we have divided it, and scattered the pieces.     With so few of us remaining, even I, King Plaiodese, have had to personally hide a piece. We have all accepted this mission, knowing we will not return to our homes. The others have, at great cost to themselves, informed me of their success, in order that I might lead those who might seek the weapon to it.     With my followers, I have created a temple of elements, in the frozen wastes to the north of here. Corralling those elementals was quite the chore, lost half of my men doing it.     The amber wing can be found in a cave on the south eastern shore of the frozen bay to the north and east of here.   The tear was left home, hidden deep in the caverns under my castle.   The turquoise wing was snuck aboard the retreating ships, to be hidden under the enemy's nose. The entrance may be found near the peak of their nation's highest mountain. When two stand together, the door can be opened. Beware the tomb's eternal guardian!   The hilt was sent to the southern rainforests, with my son and all that remains of our people.

This manuscript was found in a hidden cavern under an Alliance lumber camp.    It was found alongside a massive mural depicting snake-people and giants at war. From left to right as you follow it, it is clear the naga are losing. Over time the number of naga drawings drops, while the number of giants does not change. Occasionally there is a depiction of shadowy figures with the giants, at one point they appear to be worshipping the shadowy figures. On the right side of the room, there is a depiction of a lone naga raising an item, with what appears to be light beaming out, destroying the shadowy figures.   The next representation is the giants on ships sailing away, though the naga are still few.   The final depiction, immediately on your right next to the entrance, shows the item in pieces.
