While besieging a Druadoon encampment, the party defeats their first enemy Praktore.

While aiding Gulrn Cho'Som in his siege of the Druadoon encampment, the party meets the real face behind the operation - Councilman Maudolf, a catfolk wizard, and Praktore Chaos.   Following a grueling battle, where the party was for the first time on the receiving end of a Praktore's powers, Maudolf was slain, and his auric essence was absorbed by Mclaren.
