Tallous meets his untimely end at the hands of Maudolf.

Tallous meets his untimely end at the hands of Maudolf. Whilst attempting to teleport out of Jaws of the Abyss, he was sucked back into Maudolf, whereupon he sustained near-fatal damage, triggering his own Breath of Gozreh, causing the deaths of both- thereby saving the rest of the party.
