In addition to the standard single extra attack you get with an off-hand weapon, you get a second attack with it, albeit at a -5 penalty. Your penalties on attack rolls for fighting with two weapons are further reduced. The penalty for both hands lessens by an additional 2.Normal
Without this feat, you can only get a single extra attack with an off-hand weapon.Combat Trick
If you have a Stamina pool, the following Combat Trick may be used with this feat.When making an attack of opportunity, you can spend 5 Stamina points to also make an attack of opportunity with your off-hand weapon. That second attack takes a –5 penalty.
