Knight-Captain

Knight-Captains are the leaders of companies of Regulators. Assisted by their Knight-Lieutenant, a Knight-Captain assigns duties to their troops when in the field in order to best assist the detail of Reclaimers they are attached to. Generally speaking, a Knight-Captain is the highest rank sent into the field, unless the combat strength required for a mission is very great. A Knight-Captain can command up to 27 Regulators (1 Knight-Lieutenant, 2 Knight-Sergeants, 4 Knight-Corporals, and 20 Knight-Regulators), however usually commands about half that amount (and often much less than that) when in the field. A Knight-Captain reports directly to a Knight-Commander.
