An egnimatic figure certainly, especially, I suspect, in the eyes of Federation Secret Intelligence. Though he claims independance, I have no doubt Jeraci Central Intelligence sanctions his every move, he was once one of their best operatives after all.Victor Vassili Petrovich is a Jeraci spymaster, notable for his long involvment with the Jeraci Central Intelligence - the premier foreign intelligence agency of the 4th Imperial Republic of Jerace. Petrovich is one of the most feared spies among the intelligence agencies of the Federation of Anfieden and Allied Planets, Kingdom of Apreas, and Republic of Osheni, with his ability to manipulate individuals to carry out his own goals unrivaled across the Galaxy. At present, Petrovich is theoretically retired from spywork, although many among Federation Secret Intelligence have their doubts, with Petrovich being a potential suspect in several ongoing investigations, including the Praebian Nuclear Crisis, and the FNV Porter Hijacking. Petrovich is also the adopted father of former Central Intelligence Operative Korzeth Ruslanavo, himself the father of Livina Ruslanavo - who also spent time in the agency. Petrovich met the orphaned Korzeth when the latter was a young teen. Petrovich would act as his mentor for many years, officially adopting the 16 year old Korzeth in 4710AC.
