One who knows his own history best, Alacard has made the most of the terrible decay experienced by his body. Due to an unknown sickness, the once-genius has mechanized most of his body in order to continue to best serve in the lucrative profession of adventuring in order to pay off the debts that he carries with him.
Despite the struggles experienced, his metallic spine stands stiff with pride, and provides the perfect backbone for the powerful siege-weaponry he has equipped himself. As those who have avoided his crossfire, yet seen the scene of his exploits will say - his weaponry would have you mistake a single barrage from him - as to the trained barrage of a small army.
