A Shocking Theory
A journal kept by Davros on the use of Shocking Grasp to stun snakes that were imbedded into the brainwashed citizens of Orlane to hatch the children of the Reptile God.
Since then the book has grown into a study of also using shocking grasp to jolt the brain to various affects.
Purpose
This scientific journal was written to contain all the uses one can gain with the use of electricity and electric spells like Shocking Grasp while in a combat scenario, or even when at a proper medical facility, when it comes to dealing with the psychological state of patients.
