Dungeon of the Reptile God

Standing in the Rushmoors, built into the side of a low sitting mound some 5-6 feet tall, stands a door, carved serpentine reliefs. As of c. 4126 the door doesn't open, barred by the ton of concrete used to fill the rapidly flooding dungeon.

Purpose / Function

The original purpose of this ruin is lost to time. The architecture is clearly human, but any murals or wall writings that would've identified it further have long faded and worn away.

Alterations

In 4126 SE, a group of adventures would breach the dungeons doors and fight against the inhabitants of the ruin who were worshipping the Reptile God. It was during these attacks that most of the dungeon was explored.
The first level of the dungeon was wet with the southern rooms already being flooded with 2-4' of water. The lower level of the dungeon was even wetter and more flooded. With the destruction of the pump system on this second level, water has taken and filled most of the dungeon. In the following weeks the lower level filled completely, some rooms caving in from the pressure of the rushing waters. Some of the first floor rooms are still dry, but the entrance to the lower levels has completely flooded.
After the flooding and eradication of the remaining dungeon inhabitants, Paladins under Pelor would seal the dungeon entrance with concrete, and seal the entrance doors with runes made from a soft silver.
