Great Library of the Dreamlands
A magical structure which has entrances in the city of Celephaïs, Dylath-Leen, Hazuth-Kleg, Ilek-Vak, Inquanok, Kadatheron, Theelys, Tharabon, and Ulthar. It is a great circular stone building with 52 book-filled hallways radiating outwards. The library is tended by Tukor, a native of Tharbon, and Nodar, his Ultharian assistant.
