The Boyz
On the southern bank, a group calling themselves The Boyz has formed. This group has been declared a band of bandits and rouges by the Wizard-Leader, but in reality, this group has gone a long way to winning the hearts of the common folk. The group is mainly made up of young children wishing for a better life. Most lost everything 15 years ago during the Scourge, finding comradery and a newfound family in the group , while some more have families that they wish to help. In the last months, the group has begun to push ideas that the mayor-peasant should be reinstated as a leader and that the Wizards time for leadership has passed with the time of war turning into peacetime.Tourism

Geography
The upper Javan River flows straight through the center of Moonhollow, separating the town into a split demographic of poor and rich sides of the river.
On the northern bank sits the small, stone-walled buildings of semi-wealthy humans who work as guards or mercenaries for the various wizards in the valley. Most are employed by the one wizard in the center of this area, who lives in a large 30'ft tall stone structure with a towering wizard tree growing out the ruin-looking top. A large gnome enclave lives in the northern section as well, paid heavily for their magical knowledge in the larger army of the elves. Because of this, the gnomes are disliking of the wizard-aligned humans, and drink at their own bar called the 12 Leaf Clover (1 leaf for every original gnome family).
On the southern bank is the fishing docks; where fish are brought in to be gutted and sliced for transport further down the river in salt barrels. The buildings are open to the world, and are made of wood, and have thatch roofs. Those elves and halflings that don't work the fish trade find work as farmers, shepherds, and carpenters. Some of the poorest families have had to see their able-bodied men work in the deadly and bloody sapphire trade that happens in the mountains north of Moonhollow. The sapphire mines are ruthless as the wizards run an extremely tight and heavily monitored operation with divination and evocation magic.
