Temple of Chauntea
The Temple of Chauntea or the Palace of Druids, also known less precisely as the Garden of the the Gods, is an ancient Carcinian temple dedicated to an ancient, local form of the goddess Chauntea. The temple has been rebuilt twice, the first time to repair the building after a catastrophic flood. The second rebuilding added smaller side chambers to various other Druidic Deities that have been incorporated in the Prime Pantheon, after their respective lands were conquered or conformed to Carcinian beliefs and culture.
All versions of the temple have held a place of importance with the druidic pilgrim and the building iconic with immigration for all peoples coming to Carcino.
