Rhys D'Arby
Rhys was captured by the halflings on the Island of the Lost. He has been charged with importing undead to the island and transportation of slaves. The fate of Rhys and his crew is currently unknown.
Captain of the sloop Stugatz. Well dressed and well mannered, he seems to genuinely care for his motley crew, and treats them better than most smuggles. He runs contraband for Vincenzo DiLuzzio to pay off the debt he owes for purchasing the ship.
