Vincenzo DiLuzzio

Vincenzo is the capo for The Beholders in the capital city.  He is a respected businessman, successfully running the legitimate construction and import/export businesses used to launder The Beholders' illicit gains.  Although it is an open secret that Vincenzo is part of the mob, he has used his wealth and influence to build up a large network of patrons and grease palms of the the capital's most powerful and influential people.  This helps further insulate The Beholders' illicit business from the law.
Cunning and gregarious, Vincenzo can be your best friend or your worst enemy.  He rarely does of The Beholders' dirty work himself, having built up a large cadre of goons, thugs, and enforcers to use selective violence where necessary.  Business is always first and foremost in his mind, and any deal he makes will always put The Beholders ahead.
