Ekhart Reisenwulf

Ekhart Reisenwulf was the fifth Emperor of Räsgard and the older brother of his predecessor Elios. He ruled as regent for three years after Elios disappeared on campaign in the Fields of Illusions. After Elios was officially declared deceased in 1476 he was elected by the Crownsmoot, but quickly proved himself to be a poor administrator. By all accounts Ekhart himself never wanted the throne and in 1479, just three years into his reign, he became the only Emperor to willingly abdicate the throne.
