Material Plane

The Material Plane, also known as Mundane and Less-Than by the inhabitants of Faerie, is the plane of existence in which the world of Eira exists. It is notable as being one of the few planes of existence not to naturally emanate magic; rather magic within the Material Plane is drawn from outside itself.

Eira

—Main article: Eira Eira is a planet within the Material Plane, the second from its sun and the only planet known to contain life. Eira has two moons:

• Elar: the larger and closer of Eira's two moons. It was shattered by an immensely powerful spell and tapers into a trail of celestial rocks that descend into Eira's atmosphere, known as Liaden's Ladder.
• Eucea: the smaller and further of Eira's moons.
