Wilhelm I Reisenwulf

Wilhelm I Reisenwulf was the tenth emperor of Räsgard. He inherited his brother's war against the Mitican Empire, in which he was ultimately successful. Following the war he negotiated the annexation of several city states of the Strasborod region, who joined the empire under semi-autonomous status.
