Lord Elwyn is a duke in one of the territories of Ostren.
He is current engaged in a conflict with rival Lord Fallon, following the crisis of succession after King Barnabas' death. Though the conflict is still in territory and political disputes, it is expected that civil war will break out in Ostren soon between the two dukes.
