Volcanic Lightning

The idea of the Lower Realm is intimidating enough, and the weather phenomena that can be witnessed there only make the entire realm more frightening to all except the unflinching Nalkarn. The lightning that constantly grinds in the clouds spewing from the Lower Realm's volcanic wastes is one such example.

Manifestation

Something about the billowing ash from the Lower Realm's volcanoes creates lightning, though the reasons why are currently unknown. The lightning appears in the thickest clouds and creates a regular source of noise in the already chaotic plane.

Localization

While this phenomenon may be witnessed in the Middle Realm, it's much more prevalent in the volcanic wastes of the Lower Realm.
