A Captain commands a crew of sailors, ranging from one to on hundred, all who serve under his command.

Requirements

Sailors that have commanded a ship can purchase this title if referred by a respected peer. This rank costs 2000gp.

Benefits

Anybody beneath this rank in international waters will respect this rank, however they may react in different ways. This power can be used as leverage for everything from battle to bargaining.
