Dedicated to understanding the mysteries lost to time, the Archaeological Society explores ruins, retrieves artifacts, studies ancient writings and publishes papers, all funded by the generous budget of the Theocracy of Avaria.
Structure
An elected board of directors sets the budget, goals and policies of the society.
Public Agenda
With an emphasis on ethical study, the society requires permission to delve into any ruins outside of the theocracy, and returns artifacts discovered to their home culture on request, though they do request requisite time to study such artifacts first.
