Monster Monster Squad

The Monster Monster Squad was a group of monster hunting monsters operating during the late fifth and early sixth millennia SA. Formed as a counterpoint to the Monster Defense League, the MMS was one of the three major groups taking part in The Monster Wars. The group chose the name in hopes of differentiating themselves from the MDL, as well as the Dragon King's monster armies, both of which were popularly known as the Monster Squad. They probably could have tried harder.
Seeking to promote the idea that not all monsters are to be feared, the Squad traveled the world facing the same threats as the MDL. In the course of doing so, the two groups often came in direct conflict.
