Wave - The Trident of Power

Wave is a sentient Trident of Power. Wave zealously desires to convert mortals to the worship of a minor Sea God named Jeff Kelp, or else to consign the faithless to death. Conflict arises if the wielder fails to further the weapon's objectives in the world. The trident has a nostalgic attachment to the place where it was forged, a remote island off the coast of The Unspoiled Forrest.
Kelp imprisoned a family of Wee Wee on the north island, the Wee Wee forged Wave in an act of devotion to—or rebellion against—Lord Kelp.
Eventually Wave came into the hands of Birdbeak, The Albatross who carried it for some time until passing it onto his Captain. Wiyo
WAVE has a strong affinity for Kelp.
