Appointed by Commanders.

Leading and organising their own group of mariners.

Responsibilities

Looking after their Mariners and are responsible for their teachings and performance.

A blue and white uniform with a gold triangle on each shoulder.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

Death or grievous failure of their mariners.
