Qualifications

A bachelor's degree from the Makonian Naval Academy.

Requirements

Minimum age: 18
Descent: Makonian or Shattered Coastlander

Appointment

Appointed by the standing Fleet Admiral, Admiral, General of the Army and/or General of the Makonian Empire.

Accoutrements & Equipment

A white suit with blue trimmings with the insignia of an officer.
A cutlass, a flintlock and a Makonian compass

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

Grevious misconduct, treason or death.
