Captain John Smithson
He was given the charge of Fort Worthy as the commanding officer in the region. He encountered Sun-Eye Joe and Hector Drake sailing through the area and managed to capture Sun though Hector escaped. He then organised the execution of Sun-Eye Joe, and caused Hector to break him free. Following this a battle ensued and he trapped twenty or so revolutionaries in stone, ice or their armour. However, when he fought (Group name) he soon realised he was becoming outnumbered and he was forced to retreat as Flax Flash-Hands freed Sun. The (group name) tried to capture him and were almost able to capture him before he sunk into the ground and his current location is unknown.
