Isabelle
Isabelle (a.k.a. Death's Voice)
Born in a poor farming family Isabelle's parents died of a sickness. So she was tasked to look after her younger brother, who was also very ill, she scrounged for food where she could until one day she was visited by the Grim Reaper. She told him he couldn't have her brother but death was not coming for her brother. he pointed at her lifeless body where a heavy metal pot had fallen and hit her on the head.
Whilst most of the spirits sat crammed in the carriage she asked the Grim Reaper to walk alongside the horses, she told him she could keep up and he nodded. They collected many souls together over the next few weeks but it wasn't long before he retired and the Golden Reaper took over. She became friends with the Golden reaper talking together as they traveled the world collecting souls. When his skin started rotting off she didn't make fun of him and when his jaw muscles fell off and it became painful to talk, she just spoke to him and knew what he would say back. She would sometimes sing for him and tell him jokes or stories from the other souls.
She speaks to the other Fae for him and on his behalf.

She holds and controls the sands of time, an hourglass that is used to inform death when someone will die.
