High City

The high city is located inside the inner wall upon a hill. It houses the leaders of the army, and the offices of the school of the warrior, school of the general and school of the conqueror. The temples are also located inside this district. The elite of Kokyosareta live here.

Demographics

The population of the Inner City is quite small and consists of the local elite. Very few people live there. Most people are officer, priest or just general aristocrat as occupation.
