Kokyosareta Library

A small library is located against the wall of the High City. It has a small collection of mostly military tactic books, some books on local history and one very strange old elven diary (the diary of Ivsaar Yllaran), which is largely burned and illegible and contains info on Thyenqua. The library is largely abandoned, with most valuable books being sold off. It’s interior is covered in cobwebs and dust, and no one is there to keep it tidy.
