Grungni is one of the magam of clan Battleforge, he is one of the oldest ones and most respected for his bravery and skill shown in battles in his youth.
Grungni is well over the average age a dwarf is expected to live, yet he can still walk on his own, though be it with a walking cane, but his mind is not as sharp as it was when he was young.
He is the great-grandfather of Grilag Battleforge. Grungni has fathered 7 children, 5 males and 2 females, these are Brogmoar, Raolird, Dubruc, Dithumm, Thordram (who is Grilag Battleforge's grandfather), Vandrid and Delvi.
Due to historical losses during battles, old age and other incidents, out of his children only Brogmoar, Thordram and Vandrid are still alive.
