Harvoiendri
Harvoiendri is the capital of Annotii.
Built in typical High Elf style its buildings are made of white stone blocks that were carved through magic millennia ago.
One of the most notable landmarks here is the royal garden as well as the royal palace in the centre of the city.
Along the main road that leads to the palace, there are several statues depicting important people from Annotii's history. Among them are statues of Aderthion Morfess and Îrien Morfess.
A statue is currently being chiseled out of white marble, depicting Varinor-Kenui standing tall and small figures of elven arch-mages standing defiantly before it. This statue represents the destruction of the fire demon Varinor-Kenui in early August of 1005. Some of the more notable people one can encounter here are:

The Carila (General in common) Lemben Ethela.
The Servant Elaine Asdhan.

The majority of people living here are high elves, only a small percentage here are wood elves.

The town wardens defend this city with mundane weapons as well as magic, a thick ring of stone walls, towers and magic wards protect the city from the outside world.

The architecture here is like other high elf settlements, very elegant in style with most walls and corners rounded off.
The buildings are made of a white stone and the rooves are painted a turquoise colour with edges painted yellow.
