Hecos

Hecos is the name of the kingdom of the Hecosava people.
Located in the first two cave layers under The Grand Mountains.

It is different to most other governments of swartalf people, instead of being a city-state, this kingdom actually manages to hold onto other swartalf towns with its influence of power.
One of the main reasons is that these people have a strong connection to their church and belief in Beliar and his demons.
They use red obsidian cabochons as a currancy.
