Myranna is known as the Scarlet Queen of the people of Hecos and resides in the palace in the city of Mirehmni.
She has been Queen of her kingdom for hundreds of years and there are rumours that she is much older than that. Just like the elves, swartalf are not fully resistant to the decay of time so it seems it is her vampirism which gives her true immortality.

Everyone in the kingdom is aware that she is a vampire and fears her even more because of that.
